This 60 minute chair yoga class focuses on harnessing balance, joint mobilization, and gentle stretches leaving you to feel energized and relaxed all at the same time. Beginner level class. This class is free, and all are welcome, although the class is designed for our aging population (aged 65 and older). Registration preferred at Oak St Health’s events page.
