Where are you located?
Traveling Yogi, LLC is based out of South Bend, IN; however, the we do not have our own yoga studio. Instead, we specialize in traveling the region to all types of places to offer yoga classes to anyone, anywhere. This allows us to reach people that would not normally choose to (or be able to) go to a yoga studio on their own.
What kind of yoga does Traveling Yogi LLC do?
Traveling Yogi, LLC offers 3 types of yoga classes all in the style of Hatha-based alignment yoga. Hatha-based alignment yoga is great for beginner (and advanced) yogis because it emphasizes on doing each pose in a way that keeps the body safe through modifications and the use of props. Click here for more information on Hatha-based alignment yoga. See below for a further description of each type of class:
Standard Class: In this Hatha based alignment yoga class, expect to do standing poses as well as seated and laying down poses on a yoga mat during this style of yoga. These yoga classes are 50 minutes.
Chair Class: This class is similar to Standard Class; however, it is done sitting in a chair or standing next to a chair. No floor poses. This type of yoga is best suited for those with physical limitations and/or people with limited time. Chair yoga classes are 30 minutes.
