Everyone is welcome – you do not need to be a HealthLinc patient to attend.

Melissa at Traveling Yogi, LLC will be offering free 10 minute chair yoga sessions for all attendees. Every 15 minutes, Melissa will guide attendees through a chair yoga demonstration focused on yoga poses that can help relax the body and the mind. All poses are gentle and are done seated in a chair. Street clothes is appropriate.
