WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO A CLASS?

Wear comfortable clothing that will allow you to move and stretch. Most people wear athletic bottoms (yoga pants, sweatpants, or running shorts), and a lose fitting top like a t-shirt.

You will be asked to remove your shoes before stepping into the yoga space, and it is highly recommended that socks are removed once the class has started. Socks are very dangerous during yoga because they can increase your risk of slipping and/or falling.

It is also recommended that you refrain from wearing any perfumes, body sprays, or lotions.
